Welcome to Chotay Taray Foundation

The seeds of Chotay Taray Foundation were sown in 2000 with warm and deep desire to cater the Children with the special needs, no assisting or aiding body was there in Kashmir until CHOTAY TARAY came into existence. With the pace of time of this journey has been immense and wonderful 20 years. Presently CTF is emerged as an extensive Child Resource Centre catering Rehabilitation Regime, Child Development, Quality Education, livelihood, Child Protection, Mental Health and covering the Emergency Crises across J&K.

Vision & Mission

Our Aim is to provide assistance to everyone in need. Through our various projects / Partners on Education, Skill & Sustainability Development, Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Youth Advocacy, Peace Justice and Strong Institutions, we have reached thousands of women, men, Children and Youth across J&K and beyond. CTF is constantly promoting and working on UNSDG’s (Mission 2030) to bring positive social change. We welcome everyone onboard.
