Project Achievements: The project aimed at delivering quality Homed Based Rehabilitation services to children with disabilities to improve their physical and functional independence. Around 1000 children with disabilities were provided different rehabilitation services, besides following actions were also carried for the benefit of people with disabilities;
- Resource development awareness program
- Teacher training programs.
- Organized health camps.
- Health workers training program.
- Linked children with disabilities with different departments for availing the birth registration certificate, disability certification disability pension.
- Donation of aids and appliances as well as prosthesis and orthotics.
- Prepared the IEC material regarding preventive approaches for disability.
Project Name: Up gradation of Talaash survey on OOSC (out of school children) with UNICEF Homed Based Rehabilitation services to people with disabilities to improve their physical and functional independence

Project Achievement: The project conducted extensive baseline survey of out of school children in the educational zone Hardapanzoo, Budgam District (villages selected prior by UNICEF). The data was collected, compiled and analyzed. A detailed report regarding the pattern of the outcomes, reasons and factors contributing for Out of School Children was shared with UNICEF.
Project Name: Capacity Building of Juvenile officers on Juvenile Justice Act
Year of Implementation: 2015-2016

Project Achievements:
- Successfully trained Senior Juvenile Police Officers for the best implementation of the JJ ACT.
- Distributed IEC Material, Pocket Diaries, Sign Boards and Posters of JJ ACT for all 39 Police Stations of Srinagar and District Budgam.
Project Name: Digitalization of data for house hold survey for district Budgam and Samba
Year of Implementation: 2016
Geographic Coverage (Districts): Srinagar and Budgam
Project Partners: UNICEF and Department of Socail Welfare
Project Achievements:
- Identified the children in need of Care and Protection in two districts; Budgam and Samba by using datasets collected by Social Welfare Department, J&K Govt.
- Centralized the datasets of both the districts.
- Compiled and tabulated the data of 1.70 lack Household questionnaires of both the districts
Project Name: Child Friendly Spaces to Deliver Non Formal Education to Children Out of School Due to Unrest.

- Child friendly centers were set up in 10 wards of district Srinagar
- Child were successfully provided non-formal education
