The seeds of Chotay Taray Foundation were sown in 2000 with warm and deep desire to cater the Children with the special needs, no assisting or aiding body was there in Kashmir until CHOTAY TARAY came into existence. With the pace of time of this journey has been immense and wonderful 20 years. Presently CTF is emerged as an extensive Child Resource Centre catering Rehabilitation Regime, Child Development, Quality Education, livelihood, Child Protection, Mental Health and covering the Emergency Crises across J&K.

Organisation like CTF who are actually working for the well being of our society are just doing such a more amazing job, without even expecting any other thing in its return to be really honest not every one could ever do that.I actually just keep wondering every now and then that how can these just work so very unconditionally as well as so very selflessly. But all the work that it’s members are just doing for the welfare of our society is actually so very appreciable as well as thanks giving. I really really want to actually express my appreciation as well as all my gratitude for all the hard work the organisation had just been doing each and every single time for creating awareness in our society that will actually take us towards the betterment of our country.
